Professional Summary

I am a passionate Cross Culturist and International Inclusionist, practicing inclusive equity in the workplace for almost a decade. Her mission is to create awareness about inclusiveness because the existing norms are still very narrow and misunderstood. She strives to foster a culture where everyone can feel welcomed and accepted. She worked for several years in large corporations and disruptive startups worldwide (Singapore, Srilanka, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Germany) and is currently working in the area of Culture, Inclusion & Diversity for Volocopter, an exciting startup builds air taxis. My life's mission is to serve in organizational equity and inclusiveness deeply.
