I've moved across Singapore, Germany, and beyond. And I've sat on the other side of the table too, hiring and relocating 1,000+ professionals across borders. Between my own moves and theirs, I saw the same gap, every single time: immigration isn't a paperwork problem. It's a trust problem.
Governments give you forms. Companies give you a visa and a start date. No one gives you a system that's actually on your side: the community, the context, the person who's already lived what you're about to live.
So I built one.

Before GoMigro, I spent over a decade building People & Organisation functions at scale — leading DEI and talent at Volocopter, and advising 20+ startups across Asia and Germany on how to build teams that hold together under pressure. I've hired, relocated, and supported over 1,000 professionals moving across borders. GoMigro is what I built with everything that experience taught me.
